2c pros - RTSP - Synology - Not able to record in 2k, can only record in 1080p?

Purchased a NAS and 2pc pro kit recently. Realized that the Eufy app does not allow me to record in 2k because of the RTSP option. Anyone figure out how to get 2k recordings?

RTSP/NAS is not working at all. It is not working either with motioneys os

Same problem. There is a NOTE informing that Cloud storage only supports 1080p. But I’m using my local NAS to record.

Eufy’s version of RTSP only supports 1080p recording for any streaming. I believe they are using v1 of RTSP instead of v2, which can support higher resolutions.
