2K Wireless Doorbell Offline

Had the 2K wireless doorbell for 2 days now. I am finding every 4 to 5 hours the doorbell drops ‘OFFLINE’ and never reconnected to the Homebase2. This has happened 4 consecutive times.

I’m waiting to hear from Anker by email but has anyone else had a similar problem?

Battery was 100% before setup and the 2 units were less than 6 metres away from each other, no walls between.
