I added a new camera outside. How do I add the 3rd camera to my monthly storage plan?

In regards to the cloud storage, as to the android phone, you can subscribe to cloud storage on your app. Here are the steps: Left menu>Settings>subscribesubscription.
With regards to the IOS app, cloud storage is officially live on www.eufylife.com, and you can go to the upper right corner and access the portal to subscribe to cloud storage.
