I set up the system on my phone and all works well. I’m quite sure I made my wife an admin as well, but she’s unable to view saved recordings. She can only see live stream. What have I done wrong?
That’s odd. You can see this in the app under the Family settings. What does it state there?
In any case you could try to remove her as a member and add her again. Then she may need to log off from the app and login again. Maybe even reinstall the app to confirm.

Is she using the events icon above the device or the Events tab at the bottom of the page? Only the primary admin has the numbered events icon above the device. Everyone else needs to look at events using the Events tab at the bottom of the page.
