MAJOR GLITCH! My eufy indoor camera sounds the alarm and sends notification to my phone when light pattern changes (usually at sunrise when it starts to become bright in my living room). But the detection and notification only happens when the alarm is on. When alarm is off and only the ‘notification’ is on, I never receive notifications on my phone and it never detects the light changes. Only human detection is on. Nothing else, and still the alarm goes off. Infuriating!
HELP!!!
It doesn’t have a video recording or when the alarm went off? This happened to me once, but we decided it was probably dust that set it off.
