Is it possible to see vids or pics from the doorbell on the Apple Watch 7 when someone is at the door

You can view a picture only on the Apple Watch if you have selected the correct notification setting to show thumbnail. But for me it hardly ever shows a thumbnail, just text notifications. I have tried resetting doorbell, changing various settings, restart Homebase, but I no avail. Contacted Eufy, didn’t really have any solutions? It works but very sporadic. When it works it’s great! Allows you to see who is at your front door door without piling out your iPhone!
