If the AI detects something, it would be nice to have an option where the speaker on the security cam made a noise. No just an alarm, because that can get old real fast. Either a camera shutter sound, or a voice saying “camera recording” if the AI detects somebody would be a welcomed feature.
I’d like to believe that some bad guys would run off if they hear that the camera is recording them. That way if I’m not near my phone there’s still a quick way to potentially scare off some perpetrators.
However, I’d only use this if Eufy improves advanced settings such as deeper notification control, scheduling ai detection, and other granular detection features.
