Tried charging my battery doorbell and it won’t charge over 4%, as soon as I unplug it. The camera goes offline

Im having the same issue. Anyone have any suggestions to help?
Try different charger and cable. Any 5 volt 2 amp charger like for cell phones should work. If that doesn’t work, sounds like your batteries are damaged.
