I have 3x cam 2’s and 2x logitech circle 2’s set up with homekit secure video. When I launch home.app (iPhone, iPad, Mac), the preview images from circle 2 cams immediately refresh. The 3 eufyCam 2’s images never refresh and always stuck on what they were last time they were viewed.
Any idea how to fix this - can it be fixed?
I don’t think it’s possible but a snapshot would be useful. Ring does this.
It works for me. All three eufycam 2 and my non-eufy cams all refresh every 10 seconds.
Sometimes it takes a few seconds for it to update the cameras but they all update at the same time for me.
Did you get this figured out? Mine don’t update automatically for some reason either.
