Hi. One of my 2c cams, when charging, the blue light constantly flashes. What does this mean?

According to this chart it’s setting up for some reason. Did you happen to press the sync button on top of the 2C camera?

Is the camera not streaming live video at all? Please say exactly what’s happening now in detail to suggest a fix.
