Have any other users had an issue with picture quality going foggy, have cleaned external lens but appears to be from inside the unit.
If it’s inside the camera, get it replaced or returned at once. The eufycams are IP-rated so this should not be the case.
However, if you are uncertain if it is on the inside or outside, please take the cam off of the mounting spot when you detect it is foggy. Check whether it is gone if you clean the lense. If you’re still not sure, you could upload a picture of the lense/cam so we can look with you at the problem.
My eufycam is sometimes foggy as well, but only in the morning and on the outside. So that’s fine and just part of the morning weather.
