I currently access my homebase hub in the Australian region. I also had a spare hub which I gave to my family to use in Malaysia. I got them to share devices with me but I can’t see it and there is no prompt on my side of the app. I have tried login out and logged back in with no success. Any solution around this. I want to be able to monitor Malaysia from Australia
