My doorbell all of a sudden shows offline on app. It’s wired and if I press the button on the eufy the old doorbell still rings. I pulled it out and tried to manually charge it via micro USB but it’s not doing anything. No lights, tried pressing the reset button on the back and nothing, sync button doesn’t do anything either. Any ideas on what it could be?
Try pressing the sync button for around 10 seconds or more. Mine died too this weekend after charging it and I had to remove it from the app and add it again and do the sync button shenanigans and it eventually worked.
@AnkerSupport - it’s about time you acknowledged that this is an issue. Many doorbells are dying with the same symptoms.
