Does camera motion detection get worse over time?

Our cameras are now picking up less than50% of all motions, I’ve set it up at most sensitive and pick up all motions. Sadly looks like I’ve bought a lemon. Does the company actually moderate and problem solve on this community?

Just got my Eufy Solo Cam E40 three days ago and already experiencing decline in notifications. Strongly thinking of returning this product.

@olu68 as previous stated take the camera back because support is useless and cannot fix problems and as you are already experincing problems if you keep camera it will get worse and you will wish that you would have returned the equipment. I am speaking from experiencing problems which Eufy support cannot sort out and difference is I cannot return my stuff had it too long but you can and should, I also want to say I am not anti Eufy security but fed up because their after service, support stinks and non exitance.
