The wired video doorbell and wireless lock we got for the front door are garbage. We are moving back forth from 1000 miles away, and both devices constantly disconnect from wifi. The only way to reset both of these it to press a button on the doorbell or be standing next to the lock, which I can’t from 1000 miles away. There are no options for resetting from a distance. Currently have been without the video doorbell for 4 days and the front lock for 1 day. But yet all the Eufy Security Cameras work fine and never disconnect?
have you tried rebooting the homebase?
