I just set this doorbell up inserted 2 different brand new SD 128mg cards and I get a notification when I try to play a recording that says Video doorbell unable to play the file has been deleted due to overriding or manual deleting. I have tried reformatting the SD cards. I have tried all the tricks. I also have no events recorded so I am at a loss as how to play recordings. I am getting motion detection alerts but am not able to play back.
