Latelly I’ve been noticing that i get notifications on my phone telling me there was motion detected. When i get time to go back to my library to play the footage i realize there is nothing there.
It happened very often in the last week or so.
Anybody else experience this with their system?

I’ve checked and i don’t think its the issue. AI filter is at 0.
My eufy E cam also seems to miss events. If the AI is filtering out events, how do we prevent that from happening?

I was seeing a similar issue… there are 3 categories, mixed, video, alert … this latest updates moved our default category to mixed. Mixed gives you alerts and a few videos. GO to the video catagory to see all video’s. Hope this help you as well
