Hi All, I have recently bought the Eufy 2K wireless doorbell and Homebase. The set up is running on a stable Ethernet connection to the Homebase and all battery optimisation off.
However, there seems to be a significant delay for my wife in receiving any notifications of motion/ someone ringing the doorbell. She is logged in on her phone to the App using the same master login as me. Should this make a difference and does she instead need to be listed as a separate family member?
