Eufy doorbell chime won’t connect to bluetooth

I have a doorbell chime and 1080 video camera battery powered. Just setting it up but in the set up the chime won’t connect to my phone via Bluetooth. Error says “failed to connect to Bluetooth”

It’s plugged in next to router. Bluetooth works with other devices no problem.

Any ideas?

I had the same problem until I held in the sync button until the light flashed

I’m getting “failed to connect to device “eufy_AD4B”. The connection was rejected”

OH well all sorted now… just reset and started again
