I need some help. We have been away a couple of days and my eufy 2K spotlight stopped recording for a couple of days. After that she recorded sound but no video, she even detected and tells me on the videos if it was humans or other motion.
Did somebody experienced similar and is there a chance to be able to watch the video footage as well.
We SYNC the camera again with the device and it is working absolutely fine now.
