I have a brand new set of eufyCam 2 Pro with HomeBase 2 bought as a set, but the connection as discribed does not work. Any idea what is wrong?

Would you be able to walk us through the troubles your having and if your getting any errors syncing your new camera.
It took me a few tries when pressing and holding the sync button before I was able to connect the device.
