EufyCam E disconnects after 2-3 days

Help…

I have 3 EufyCam Es connected to Homebase and EERO mesh router. The cameras have worked great for over a year, but now every few days they all disconnect at the same time. I can switch the Homebase from wireless to ethernet or vice versa to get them to reconnect and they work fine for 2-3 days, then all disconnect again. Support asked me to send log file, but the app returns an error that says generating log file failed.

Seems like some sort of firmware issue, but of course trying to talk to support is useless. They just repeat the exact same instructions and don’t seem to actually read the emails I send them.
