Often I get a person notification, by the time I launch the app to see who’s there they’re already gone/leaving, it’d be useful to be able to set up a recorded message to play from the camera if a person is detected, “Hi, please look at the camera and wait a moment and we’ll be right with you”. Giving me the chance to connect the two way audio link.

The wireless doorbell has something called quick response that will let you record a 10 second messsage that will sound when someone presses the bell. I didn’t see that setting for the cameras.
True, though this is manually activated.
The eufycam is designed for surveillance purposes, so it is not surprising it doesn’t have this feature. Best thing to do is write to support and propose your idea.
