EufySecurity, schedule mode unreliable?

Schedule mode is too unreliable. Half of the time i check the status, it’s different than is should be. I only use “home” and “away” states. Should the app be running all the time or something?

The page doesn’t auto refresh. Dial in and look. Also… The homebase will give you an event notification of a schedule change. (Not sure about the other cams)

Ok so the camera will be in scheduled mode even if the app says other…?

Sidenote: it can give you a notification if you have activated it under the homebase settings.
I did not see such settings for the indoor pan&tilt, unfortunately.

If the active mode does not change after refreshing and you expected it to, then write to support@eufylife.com as something might be wrong.
