When I try to download a video on my samsung it can’t, just shows “failed to download”

Make sure that you have given the permission for the Eufy app to edit Storage. You can see the permissions by going to the phone’s App settings and look under the Eufy Security app. Unless you are using Geo-fencing, all you really need is the Storage permission. I turned off all the others and the app still works fine.
