Failed to request.(20022) in Web Portal

Hi, when attempting to access the Doorbell from the web portal, I get an error message on the screen:

“Failed to request.(20022)”

Can you please help.

Which browser are you using to access the web portal?

same thing, nothing works, Chrome.

I just tried it and got right in. My doorbell and the rest of the cams work fine. Used Opera and Vivaldi browsers. Both are based on Chrome.
