I have been having the issues many of you had regarding one of my Eufy 2 and also a 2 pro not engaging nightvision automatic.
I had been on to Eufy at least weekly since before Christmas.
This morning I have woken to updated firmware on both cameras aswell as minor update on HB 2.
Check your cameras for firmware 4.6.8
Would be very interested to know if this is working now as I had to send my cameras back for a refund because of the night vision. Might be tempted to order again if they have sorted it all. Thankd

Everything seems to be good after this update.
If you could confirm it’s all working again that would be great so I can out another order in.
Jon I can confirm from my perspective that my Eufy 2 that would not update and had the problem with nightvision has been resolved and all is working very well after the new firmware 4.6.8.
