Hi all, I have bought a eufycam setup, withe the 2c Pro cameras. I have one of the cameras pointing downwards, just 6ft or so above decking. If a cat walks through it sets the cam off, if a squirrel does the same, however our visiting hedgehog can walk around and never sets the cam off. Sensitivity is set to max, can’t understand why it doesn’t pick it up from 6ft, oh and its set to motion and not human etc.
My doorbel camera doesn‘t record hedgehog too. I don‘t know what happend, but first month with Eufy was OK. Then the activity zone stopped working for me. I get notification of moving trees, cars passing by, but when really something happen, it‘s not recorded.
Or if we get deliveries, mostly I see a guy walking away.
Dissapointed.
