No blue light on my home base 2. Only connection is battery door bell. Door bell working ok. Have had the unit less than 12 months. Only realised this when I put the doorbell on charge today 25th July 2021.
Seems like lots of people having the same problem.
Please advise next steps to correct this.

Similar problem here, noticed the blue led wasn’t on yesterday, have restarted a couple of times but no improvement. The red led comes on during the restart. The system seems to be working ok (2C cameras) but is this a fault?
Have seen other posts where the Homebase has been replaced under warranty. Is this the route to take ?
