My home base 2 keep going offline and I don’t know why ? I tried everything I actually have only one camera link to home base … so when I check cameras sometimes it don’t work cause the base is offline and support doesn’t help none
How is the homebase set up, through ethernet or WiFi?
Also, my experiences with support have actually been rather good, so stating they help ‘none’ is a bit hold in my opinion. I did realise that you have to be very clear avout the problem and use more words than should be necessary.
