Hello all. Today I installed my new Eufy Homebase 2 but keeps disconnecting continuosly (light goes from blue to red and again from Red to Blue. If I disconnect and reconnect Ethernet cable the led change to Blue immediatly). I have over 40 devices connected on my network whitout any issue and all remain connected and stable even when Homebase show led red. My firmware Is 3.1.9.0.
Could you please suggest how to fix?

I had to buy a new homebase 2 it was a newer model and I have the same problem I have 16 device on my network that all work perfectly but this new home base will say connected to wi-fi but as soon as I unplug the cat5 cable and power I never get a blue light. Also have camera that keeps going offline, and no events showing in app but plenty of notifications
