Homebase 2 lost onboard storage

Hi,
For some reason, my HomeBase 2 shows no onboard storage anymore.

I obviously tried to format, clear or repair storage but none is doing much.

live doorbell is still working correctly but no records available.

any help would be appreciated

Added debug steps include forgetting the device from the mobile app and as well Factory reset… still the same, no storage
