Homebase 2 ringtone stops working 3rd time!

Hi there,

I have encountered some issue with the Homebase 2. Every so often the base stops ringing, when alarm is triggered it sounds like a blown speaker…i have replaced the unit three times already via Amazon! The customer service was helpful and did not have an issue with a replacement. Recently i noticed that if I restart the base the sound will come back…but come on !spending so much money on the system and restarting or replacing it every so often is not ideal…anyone encountered same issue?thanks

My homebase 2 doesn’t ring. It also has serious issues pairing with the doorbell because it doesn’t emit a pairing noise when its meant to.

Ive done countless things to get around this. Connecting via ethernet or wifi both does same problem.

Kinda pointless having a doorbell you cant hear.
