I have a hard wired video doorbell that I purchased a couple of years ago. We had issues from the first day. The install was easy and it fired right up, connected to the app and I was immediately impressed with the clarity of the picture. Then people came to our door and the downside of this doorbell came into focus. It didn’t go off. Settings were adjusted and it would either go off on occasion or on every flower and tree in our yard. Fine, set up zones. Nope, reset zones, nope again. Change settings, nope…you get the point. Contacted customer service. Over months we went back and forth. They even wrote custom updates. It sort of worked until the last update in 2020. Back to square one. Wish this thing worked, I really like it
