My Xfinity gateway is showing my cam connected on my 2.4 frequency but when I’m on my app trying to connect the cam it won’t add as a device. Does anyone know how I can fix this please?
You need to have your mobile phone connected to your Wi-Fi and also Bluetooth should be on.

I don’t know how you got it connected to your Wi-Fi? Because that is the second step after you add the Device to the eufy app.
You may need to do a hard reset.
- Perform a hard reset on your camera by holding down the “Setup/Reset” button for 10 seconds, then wait for approximately 30 seconds before repeating the setup process.
