Invitation issue

Hello there

I send invitation to my friend to share, and he download the app and he received the invitation through his email, but it did not appear in his app to accept? Did I miss something?

I’m having same problem. Husband sent invite, received email but no accept in app. Chat agent said 24 hours to receive but still nothing

If they are already logged into their account, have them log out and back in and the invite will pop up
Make sure it is their account separate from the main account that is logging in to accept the invite
