Low Mic Volume Eufy Doorbell Wired

I am having similar issues to others here.
The microphone volume on the doorbell is much too low. Tried increasing volume on the app sliders and on my phone. I also tried turning off bluetooth on my phone. Nothing seems to make a difference.

Any updates available or other suggestions?

I have the same issue on my battery (wired) video doorbell. It’s just too low and needs to be louder.
