Sinxe a couple of weeks, the microphone of the doorbell isn’t working. Has anyone here the same problem? And is this problem solvable? I don’t want to send the doorbell back.
Do not have… My only thought is to to turn on and off or to try to reinstall it again…
Unfortunately reinstall doesn’t help

Mine was solved by removing power from the doorbell for a minute then powering back on again. Sorry to see that didn’t fix yours.
