I do not have it.
I do keep a eufy camera near my front door though and had to tweak the camera at time for the best capture.
You may have to do a little detective work to try to figure out any patterns.
Example:
The house does not look to have a porch and has an overhang. So does the detection not work when the sun is directly shining on the doorbell.
When somebody come toward the door, how well do they blend in with the background (a dark pants and green shirt coming from the side may make it blend in with the background).
The camera looks to be very close to the wall. I am wondering if that is messing with detection (dark to light or when it is full light is it getting a reflection or something from the wall…
