NAS/Cloud Archive Option

I’ve been bitten by the 2-3-month rotation of events (storge), something that apparently was introduced some time ago and I missed the warning, or it was never conveyed. So, I’ve lost over a year of saved events…

There needs to be an archive option for the Home Base to archive events (with camera name, date and time) to a local NAS or to the cloud (OneDrive, S3 or Google Drive).

Use a raspberey pie with motion eye to archive the video outside the basestation with rstp storage option.

Does this work together with Eufy or is it a separate security system all together?

Motion eye will function as a NVR and write the video stream to a storage device. You attach to it. I have a 320GB drive attached to a pi recording 24/7
