Cameras not visible in desktop app despite being visible in mobile app

Had 2 pan/tilt indoor cams
They show up I’m desktop app
Bought 2 new multi purpose wired cams (look like softballs)
Unlike the previous 2 cams, these don’t show in desktop app for Mac
Working fine on the iPad
Means I can’t batch download.
All software appears up to date

Any suggestions greatly appreciated…
