Just my new doorbell with homebase2 recieved.
But the bell won’t connect with the homebase.
Tried sever times, resets etc but no connection.
The bell is on and near the homebase and the connection of the homebase is good.
Anyone suggestions? Im desperate.
You did set up the homebase 2 first…using the ethernet cable…right??
You beth. The WiFi signal after removing the cable is good. Seems there is a problem by receiving the sound of the homebas.
Several distance tried
Does your homebase actually emit the noise when it claims to? I had to try countless restarts etc to get mine to pair. 9 times out of 10 it just remains silent.
