Devices don’t record all activities within motion detection zone
Is this a new installation or an existing installation that has suddenly started acting up?
Yup same issue with my eufycam2, their support won’t do anything.
It’s fairly new installation, about a month old. They were very sensitive at first. I noticed they have missed a lot of the activities, about 60%. That defeats the purpose of having security camera.
