I bought the Eufy by Anker Video Doorbell Battery Set.
I was looking for the correct firmware versions.
I have for the doorbell T8210 version 2.2.0.5 and for the homebase 2 version 2.1.1.9h
I see higher versions on this website but I have no updates. Is this correct?
And if it isn’t correct, can i force a firmware update?
@pat_1971 you cannot force a firmware update! The best thing to do is contact eufylife@support and let them know that you are not receiving the latest firmware and they will get there techs. to push it out to your divices.
Eufy does rolling updates so it may take a while to get your specific device automatically updated. You can either wait until your turn or, if you see something that you need, contact support and see if they will push it to you.
