Does the eufy doorbell notify or make a sound letting people no there under surveillance ?
It depends on what you refer to sound. It only makes 3 sounds either when you press the two way talk button to talk, siren 
when an event is triggered or with night vision on at night the camera makes a light tap sound when motion is detected due to the lens switching to night vision.
