This morning I tired to check the security recordings and get the same message on all my devices; eg iPhone, iPad and MacBook; “Phone not connected to the internet”. I can connect to the cameras for live feed, just no access to the recordings. Reading the history it look like the Eufy servers are down is for the reason I cannot view my local recordings. Is this correct? How long are the servers usually down?
Weird. Over the last 2 days I can no longer view live footage if my phone isn’t connected to wifi. It says ‘phone not connected to internet’
If I Connect my phone to wifi, it works fine. This has only just started doing this after months of it working!!
