Why am I not receiving any notification and video record on my android phone when someone is moving in front of the camera? I checked All the settings. Even the “AWAY” mode is not working,no alarm, no notification, no video record. Help please.

Only just got eufy doorbell so new to this aswell.
Just thought is your phone showing on the eufy app and also settings enabled on your phone.

Yes all settings are perfectly set, and I also have eufy Doorbell and it works very well. Just my 4 eufycam im having trouble with.
