I initially wasn’t a fan as I didn’t like the fact homekit didn’t ship with the indoor cam. I sent all mine back as I didn’t want to risk getting stuck with hardware that never saw the update. I was also critical of Eufy having no 2FA. That has since been added. So I decided to try the indoor cams again. So far, I like it. Great feature set for the price.
I will say what drove me to Eufy again, is Eve Cam. A $150 dollar cam with terrible image quality. After trying 3, I called it quits.
I really hope you all buckle down and beef up your software. Feature wise, interface wise and fixing the grammar/spelling errors.
