None of my recordings will play back. I have restarted my phone, WiFi, and the light/camera itself. Whenever I try to go play back the recordings, I get the spinning icon that says it can’t connect to my device.

Same thing has been happening to me as well
Rebooted everything, uninstalled, installed on my iPad thinking it was just my phone having issues.
It worked again randomly for a week or so and now has been out of action for over a month
Can’t even look at the live camera either let alone having any chance at viewing notifications

Question is are you at the house or away from home. I think at times when I lack cell service is a factor but although I should have a strong wifi signal, I can see issues where the signal may be lacking due to my location (lots of wooded area)
