Red light on indoor receiver

Hi guys,

Had the 1080p battery doorbell for a while now, no issue. We’ve noticed though that in the last week or, the indoor-mains chime unit, has started to display a red light instead of the usual blue. Is that normal? Nothing has changed and everything is performing normally…

Any ideas?

Still no resolution to this, close to starting a returns process with Amazon… very frustrating!
